i have always enjoyed driving into lim chu kang / neo tiew area whenever i need some peace and quiet or just some fresh air. i do that from time to time. and i did just that today. lim chu kang is really great cos it’s near my place. the interesting thing is that it feels very different from the rest of singapore. there’s no chaos; it’s usually void of people and traffic, except for the occassional construction trucks. serenity and serenity.
there, my driving speed dropped to 40km/h, my heart rate dropped and my mind at rest. as i drove, i had a good time with my thoughts and thinking about the summer holiday that is coming to an end. and truly all good things must come to an end and i dont have a kampung house somewhere inside the vegetation so i had to make my way back home eventually.
kids dont do this at home. driving and taking photos at the same time is really dangerous. rofl.
